COMPS.red is a comp organizer. It reads only the details on the listing pages you choose to open, and helps you save them into your own private comp sets. It doesn't crawl, scrape, or pull listings on your behalf — it organizes what you're already looking at, and does the analysis math so you can decide faster.

Real estate investors were our first users, and that DNA shows — the product is shaped around how a deal actually gets worked: browse listings, save comps, run the numbers, check the risks, and decide.
