For homeowners

See what your home is really worth.

Not a black-box estimate — real comps. COMPS.red organizes recent sales of homes like yours from the listing sites you're already browsing, then shows how yours compares. You pick the comps; it does the math. Perfect before you sell, refinance, or just out of curiosity.

Real comps, not a guess

Online "instant estimates" are a mystery formula. Comps are how appraisers and agents actually value a home — recent sales of similar nearby properties. Save the ones that look like yours into a set and line them up: beds, baths, square footage, and price per square foot.

  • One-click save from the listings you're viewing
  • Side-by-side comparison with your home
  • Price-per-square-foot and how yours stacks up
  • You choose the comps — no hidden formula

Walk in knowing your number

Meeting a listing agent, prepping for an appraisal, or deciding whether to refinance? Go in with your own comp-backed estimate instead of taking someone's word for it — so you can price with confidence and spot a lowball.

  • A defensible value before you list or refinance
  • Everything organized in one place, not 20 tabs
  • Private — your numbers stay yours

Questions homeowners ask

How is this different from a Zillow "Zestimate"?
A Zestimate is an automated guess from a formula you can't see. COMPS.red lets you choose the comparable sales and see exactly how your home stacks up against them — the same way an appraiser or agent values a property.
Do I need to be a real estate pro?
Not at all. If you can browse homes on Zillow or Redfin, you can use COMPS.red It just organizes what you're already looking at and does the comparison math for you.
Does it work in my state?
It works wherever sold prices are public — 38 states plus DC. A few "non-disclosure" states (like Texas and Utah) don't publish sale prices, so comps are limited there. Check your state.
Is it free?
It's free to add to Chrome, and you start with a free trial. See the pricing page for details.
